Download
Install instructions
Download the file, Go to Scratch or Turbowarp, If it's a PMP file, Go to PenguinMod if said by the file, Or Cocrea/Gandi IDE If said by the file
then go to editor, click file, then load from your computer/ load from computer, now you just imported an sb3 and can do whatever with it!
(make sure you listen to that, or else the project might not load due to extensions used not available on scratch or other stuff)
